HG Next Level

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers.

Including the ones other agencies avoid.

General

What does HG Next Level Agency do?

We are a sports management and NIL representation agency. We help athletes develop their careers, build their personal brands, understand the opportunities available to them, and connect with brands, coaches, organizations and industry professionals.

Who does HG represent?

Athletes across a range of sports and levels, both in the United States and internationally. We work with athletes who are serious about their development and about the professionalism the industry requires.

What sports do you work with?

Basketball, soccer and football are our primary focus, and we work with athletes in other sports as well.

Does it cost anything to contact you?

No. There is no cost to ask a question or to have an initial conversation with us.

Athletes

How can I get in touch?

Use the contact form and select “Athlete”. Tell us your sport, your level, where you are based and what you are trying to achieve. We read every message.

Do you work with international athletes?

Yes. Helping international athletes understand and prepare for opportunities in the U.S. sports ecosystem is a core part of what we do.

What does representation include?

Personal brand development, opportunity identification, partnership negotiation, career guidance, professional networking, and mentorship. The specifics depend on the athlete, their sport and their situation.

Parents & Families

How does the process work?

It starts with a conversation. We learn about the athlete, answer your questions honestly, assess what is realistic, and only then discuss whether working together makes sense. Nothing is committed to in a first conversation.

How do you communicate with families?

Directly and in plain language. Where an athlete is a minor, we communicate with a parent or legal guardian and expect them to be involved throughout.

Do you work with athletes under 18?

Yes. When an athlete is under 18, a parent or legal guardian is involved in every stage of the conversation.

What should families expect?

Professional communication, development guidance, career and brand strategy, honest opportunity evaluation, introductions within our network, NIL and sponsorship guidance, and ongoing support.

NIL & Brands

What NIL opportunities do you facilitate?

Social media campaigns, sponsored content, brand ambassador programs, events and appearances, product partnerships, community initiatives and other NIL collaborations.

How can a brand partner with an athlete?

Get in touch through the contact form and select “Brand”. Tell us your objective, audience, budget range and timeline, and we will propose athletes who genuinely fit — or tell you if we do not have the right match.

International Athletes

Do you guarantee scholarships?

No. No agency controls scholarship decisions. Any organization that guarantees a scholarship is not being honest with you.

Do you provide immigration services?

No. We do not provide immigration or legal services, and we do not guarantee visas or immigration outcomes. Those matters are handled by qualified immigration and legal professionals, and we will tell you when you need them.

How does the international athlete process work?

We help athletes understand the U.S. sports landscape, develop athletically and personally, build a personal brand, and connect with people in our network. We evaluate opportunities honestly and keep families informed throughout. What we provide is preparation and guidance — not a guaranteed placement.

Can you get me to America?

We cannot promise that, and we will not. Access to opportunity in the United States depends on athletic level, academic standing, immigration processes and decisions made by institutions and organizations — none of which an agency controls. What we can do is help an athlete prepare, develop, and be seen by the right people.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly. We would rather answer it than have you guess.
