What this program is.
We work with international athletes and their families to help them understand the U.S. sports landscape and prepare for opportunities in the American market.
Our goal is to provide a professional support system that helps athletes develop their athletic careers, personal brands, networks, and understanding of the opportunities available to them.

Many people will promise you these things. We will not, because no agency controls them.
We do not guarantee visas or immigration outcomes.
We do not guarantee scholarships.
We do not guarantee college admission.
We do not guarantee professional contracts.
We do not guarantee roster spots.
Matters requiring immigration, legal or educational expertise are handled by qualified professionals. What we provide is athlete development, representation, connections and honest guidance.

How It Works
The process, step by step.

Get in touch
Tell us about the athlete — sport, level, goals and situation. There is no cost to start a conversation.

Conversation
We speak with the athlete and, where the athlete is a minor, with a parent or guardian. We answer questions honestly, including the difficult ones.
- 03
Evaluation
We assess where the athlete is, what is realistic, and whether we are the right fit. Sometimes the honest answer is that we are not.
- 04
Plan
If we work together, we agree on what development, representation and guidance will look like — and what it will not.

Ongoing support
Development, brand building, introductions and communication over time. This is a long process, not a transaction.
