Privacy Policy

HG Next Level Agency supports student-athletes (Basketball, Soccer, American Football) in their athletic and academic progression to the United States (High Schools, Prep Schools, NCAA, NAIA, JUCO colleges) as well as in NIL brand partnerships.

This privacy policy outlines in clear and transparent terms how we handle and protect any information submitted through our website.

We only collect information that you voluntarily submit through our contact form: your first and last name, email address, inquiry type (athlete, parent/family, brand, coach, or organization), and your message.

This public website does not ask for or collect payment details, government identification, or sensitive personal data.

The information you provide is strictly used to:

• Respond promptly and directly to your inquiry.

• Consult with your family and assess the athlete's athletic and academic profile.

• Review brand partnerships and sponsorship collaborations.

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Protecting our athletes and prioritizing their well-being is our top commitment. For all minor athletes (under 18), parental or legal guardian involvement, consent, and oversight are required throughout all discussions.

No athlete information, image, or profile is published or shared publicly without prior explicit authorization.

Your messages and contact details are stored securely and kept only as long as necessary to evaluate and follow up on your request. You have the right to access, update, or request the full deletion of your information at any time by contacting our agency.

For any questions regarding your data or to obtain direct information about our programs and services, please contact the HG Next Level Agency team directly.

For any questions or additional information, please submit our contact form or email us directly at contact@hgnextlevelagency.com.
