Who we are
HG Next Level Agency is a sports management and NIL representation agency operating in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to give us: your first and last name, your email address, an optional phone number, an optional organization name, the type of inquiry you select, and your message.
Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security, abuse prevention and diagnosing problems.
What we do not collect
This website does not ask for dates of birth, home addresses, identification documents, financial information or file uploads. Please do not send those through the contact form.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Children and young athletes
We work with athletes who are under 18. Where an athlete is a minor, we expect a parent or legal guardian to be involved in communication with us.
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through it. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
We do not publish any athlete’s information, image or likeness without explicit permission — and, for a minor, without the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Why we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate whether we may be able to work together, and to communicate with you about that. We also use technical information to keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to operate this website and to deliver email. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our communication, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation or United States state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. Data protection law in the United States may differ from the law where you live.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
